AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF CITY SIDEWALKS
LOCATED ON BROADWAY AND PARKER STREETS AND CONGER AND
REED STREETS IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
96 ' of sidewalk along the northeasterly side of Broadway
Street (Highway 57) extending northwesterly of Parker
Street, 174 ' of sidewalk along the northeasterly side of
Broadway and extending northeasterly to the CC & P R.R.
crossing at David Street, continuing 64 . 5 ' north of the
crossing along the west side of David Street, and 348 ' of
sidewalks along the north and south sides of Riehl Street,
between Lincoln Street and Reed Street, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
