AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF PLATTED UTILITY AND
DRAINAGE EASEMENT IN LOT 11, WEST RIDGE SECOND
ADDITION, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,
IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
The southwesterly five ( 5) feet of the northeasterly eight
( 8) feet of Lot 11, West Ridge Second Addition, Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa, except the northwesterly eight ( 8 )
feet thereof;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
INTRODUCED: August 14, 1989
PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: August 14, 1989
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: August 14, 1989
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: August 14, 1989
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of

the Mayor on the 16th day of August, 1989.
