AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE SOUTHEASTERLY TWENTY ( 20) FEET
OF WEST FOURTH STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
That part of W. Fourth Street, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa, described as follows:
The Southwesterly 400. 00 feet of the following described
parcel beginning at the most Northerly lot corner of Lot 81,
Waterloo County Club Addition, Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa; thence N 41°21 ' 55" W a distance of 20. 00 feet; thence N
48°38 ' 05" E parallel with the centerline of W. Fourth Street
a distance of 1026 . 06 feet; thence S 41°21 ' 55" E a distance
of 20. 00 feet to the most Westerly lot corner of Lot 80 of
said Waterloo Country Club Addition; thence S 48°38 ' 05" W a
distance of 1026. 06 feet to the point of beginning.
The centerline of W. Fourth Street is assumed to bear N
48°38 ' 05" E.
Area: 8, 000 sq. ft.
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, with the City' s
retention of a permanent utility easement over, under and above
the above described parcel.
