AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1988 CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, BY REPEALING ARTICLE III ,
REGISTRATION, OF CHAPTER 10, ELECTIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
That Article III , Registration, of Chapter 10, Elections, of
the 1988 Code of Ordinances of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is
hereby repealed in its entirety.
INTRODUCED: July 11, 1989
PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: July 11 , 1989
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: July 17 , 1989
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: July 24 , 1989
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 24th day of July, 1989 , and approved by the
Mayor on the 26th day of July, 1989.
