AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED, BY
ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 23 TO SECTION 2A-7N, CONDITIONAL
REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-7N, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 22,
of said Section, the following Subsection No. Twenty-three ( 23 ) .
"23 .
Lot 8 and the north 50 feet of Lot 9 and the west 66 feet of
Lot 7 of Auditor' s Plat of Part of Meadowdale, Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa;
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-3" Multiple
Family Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as
"C-2" Commercial District/ "C-Z" Conditional Zoning District as
above described. "
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby directed
to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 24th day of July, 1989, and approved by the
Mayor on the 26th day of July, 1989.
