CONDITIONAL REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-7N, of Ordinance No. 2479 , as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No.
Twenty-one ( 21 ) , of said Section, the following Subsection No.
Twenty-two ( 22 ) .
"22 .
The North 247 feet of Lot 8 and the West 66 feet of Lot 7 of
Auditor ' s Plat of Part of Meadowdale, Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa;
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-3" Multiple
Family Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as
"C-2" Commercial District/"C-Z" Conditional Zoning as above
described. "
