ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED, BY
ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 21 TO SECTION 2A-7N, CONDITIONAL
REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-5 , of Ordinance No. 2479 , as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. Twenty
( 20 ) , of said Section, the following Subsection No. Twenty-one
( 21) .
"21.
Lot 8 in Block 2 of Hammond and Hopkins Addition, Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa;
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-2" , One and
Two Family Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as
"C-Z" , Conditional Zoning District as above described. "
Section 2 . That the Deputy City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
