AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF A PLATTED UTILITY
EASEMENT ON A PART OF LOT 2 , SOUTHBROOKE SECOND
ADDITION, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,
IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
That part of Lot 2 , Southbrooke, Second Addition, Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa described as follows: Commencing at
the Northeast corner of said Lot. 2 ; thence S 00°28 ' 4.9" E
along the East line of said Lot 2 a distance of 15 feet;
thence S 89°31 ' 11" W a distance of 5 feet to the point of
beginning; thence S 89°31 ' 11" W a distance of 10 feet; thence
N 00°28 ' 49" W a distance of 6. 18 feet; thence N 89°31 ' 11" E a
distance of 10 feet; thence S 00°28 ' 49" E a distance of 6 . 18
feet to the point of beginning, all in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
