AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1988 TRAFFIC CODE BY REPEALING
SUBSECTION ( 253a) SHAULIS ROAD OF SECTION 551, PARKING
PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS; AND BY
ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION ( 253a) SHAULIS
ROAD OF SECTION 551 , PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON
CERTAIN STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
That Subsection ( 253a) Shaulis Road of Section 551, Parking
Prohibited At All Times on Certain Streets, of the 1988 Traffic
Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that a new Subsection
( 253a) Shaulis Road of Section 551, Parking Prohibited At All
Times on Certain Streets, of the 1988 Traffic Code is hereby
enacted in lieu thereof as follows:
( 253a) Shaulis Road Both sides from Hammond Avenue
to 800 feet east of Hess Road;
south side from Eldora Road to
Sergeant Road (US 63) .

PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: April 17 , 1989
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: April 17, 1989
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 17th day of April, 1989, and approved by
the Mayor on the 19th day of April, 1989.
