ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479 , AS AMENDED, BY
ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 250 TO SECTION 2A-5, REZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-5 , of Ordinance No. 2479 , as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 249, of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Two Hundred Fifty
( 250) .
"250.
Block 22 of Original Waterloo (East) Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa, except the southwesterly 50 feet of Lot 7 and
all of Lot 10 of said Block 22 , all in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "C-2" ,
Commercial District, be and the same is hereby zoned as
"M-1" , Light Industrial District as above described;
and also,
The southwesterly 50 feet of Lot 7 and all of Lot 10, except
that part vacated for street purposes in said Block 22, all
in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "C-3"
Commercial District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "M-1"
Light Industrial District as above described. "
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby directed
to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
