ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED, BY
ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 248 TO SECTION 2A-5, REZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-5 , of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 247, of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Two Hundred Forty-eight
( 248 ) .
"248 .
That part of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4 ) of Section No.
Twenty-two ( 22 ) , Township Eighty-nine North (T89N) , Range
Twelve West (R12W) described as follows :
Beginning at the point of intersection of the Southerly line
of the Chicago and Northwestern Transportation Co. and the
West line of said Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4 ) ; thence
N70°11 ' 41"E along said Southerly line Two Hundred Sixty-four
and Fifty-four Hundredths ( 264 . 54 ) feet; thence S86°28 ' 27"E
One Hundred Ninety and Twenty-nine Hundredths ( 190. 29) feet;
thence S73°13 ' 02"E One Hundred Nineteen and Twenty-one

Hawk County, Iowa, described as follows:
Beginning at a point One Thousand Ninety-nine ( 1099) feet
North and Eight Hundred Twenty-six ( 826 ) feet East of the
Southwest corner of said Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4 ) ; thence
North Sixty-five and Two Hundredths ( 65 . 02 ) feet; thence
N14°18 'E Two Hundred Fifty-six and Twenty-four Hundredths
( 256. 24) feet; thence N00°06 ' E Two Hundred Sixty-one and
Twenty-seven Hundredths ( 261 . 27 ) feet; thence West Four

Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby directed
to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
