ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED, BY
ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 247 TO SECTION 2A-5, REZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 246, of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Two Hundred Forty-seven
( 247) .
"247.
The North Six Hundred Eighty ( 680 ) feet of the Northeast
Quarter (NE 1/4 ) of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4 ) of Section
No. Twenty-two ( 22 ) , Township Eighty-nine North (T89N) , Range
Twelve West (R12W) ; and
Also;
The North Six Hundred Eighty ( 680 ) feet of the Northwest
Quarter (NW 1/4 ) of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4 ) of Section
No. Twenty-two ( 22 ) , Township Eighty-nine North (T89N) , Range
Twelve West (R12W) lying East of a line which begins at the
point of intersection of the Southerly line of the Chicago
and Northwestern Transportation Co. and the North line of
said Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4 ) of Northwest Quarter (NW
1/4 ) ; thence S70°11 ' 41"W along said Southerly line Ninety-six
and Twenty-one Hundredths ( 96 . 21 ) feet; t.hence S57°10 ' 27"W
One Hundred Eleven and Twenty-seven Hundredths ( 111. 27 ) feet;
thence S32°18 ' 09"W One Hundred Fifteen and Seventeen
Hundredths ( 115 . 17 ) feet; thence S02°34 ' 55"E One Hundred
Seventy-four and Forty-five Hundredths ( 174 . 45 ) feet; thence
S15°32 ' 50"E One Hundred Ninety-four and Ninety-one Hundredths
( 194 . 91 ) feet; thence S40°01 ' 01"E One Hundred Sixty-six and
Nineteen Hundredths ( 166 . 19 ) feet to a point which is Six
Hundred Eighty ( 680 ) feet normally distant and Southerly of
the North line of said Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of
Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4 ) , all in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa;
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "A-i" ,
Agricultural District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "M-2,P" ,
Planned Industrial District as above described. "
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby directed
to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
