ORDINANCE NO. 3386
ORDINANCE MENDING ORDINANCE NO1, 2479, AS AMENDED,
BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 213 TO SECTION 2A-5,
REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IONA. :
Section 1 . That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended,
be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 212 of said
Section, the following Subsection No. 213, two hundred and thirteen
(213) described as:

"213":
A nart of the N 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of Section 7-88-12, Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the West line of said N 1/2 and a line
that is 1000 feet distant frau and normal to the centerline of LaPorte
Road; thence North along the Wiest line of said N 1/4 to the
Southwesterly R-0-1-7 line of the Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific
Railroad; thence Southeasterly along said Railroad R-O-W line to the
South line of said N 1/2; thence Westerly along said South line to a
point 1000 feet distant from and normal to the centerline of LaPorte
Road; thence Northwesterly along a line parallel to and 1000 feet
distant from and normal to said center line to the point of beginning
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "A-1" Agricultural
District and "C-2" Commercial District to 14-1" Light Industrial
District as described above.
Section 2. That the City Clerk/Auditor be, and he is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with, the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Passed and adopted by the City Council on the 22nd day of April,
1985, approved by the Mayor on the 24th day of April, 1985.
