AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF BROOKPARK ROAD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE ODUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UATERLOO, IONA,
AS FOLLOWS:
That part of Brookpark Road lying adjacent to the south line
of Tract F, Cedar Crest, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, this 22nd day of April, 1985, and approved by the
Mayor on the 24th day of April, 1935.
