AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN EASEMENT IN CEDAR CREST ADDITION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE ODUNCIL (F THE CITY OF INATERLOO, 10A,
AS FOLLOWS:
that the easement described as the East 10.00 ft. except the south
30.00 ft. of Tract G and the east 10.00 ft. of Tracts E and F,
all in Cedar Crest Addition, 'Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, this 22nd day of April, 1985, and approved by the
Mayor on the 24th day of April, 1985.
