AN ORDINANCE VACATING 53' REAR BUILDING LINE IN
AIRLINE-BORTON INDUSTRIAL PARK.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Fifty-three (53) ft. platted rear building line lying
Parallel to the southerly property line of Lots 8, 9, 10, 11
and 12 of Airline-Burton Industrial Park, City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, this 6th day of May, 1985, and approved by the
Mayor on the 8th day of May, 1985.
