AU ORDINANCE VACATING EXCESS RIGHT-OF-WAY LOCATED NORTHEAST
OF INTERSECTION OF HAMMOND AMIDE AND SAN IvARNAN DRIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
A parcel of land located in the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of
Section 2-88-13, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, described
as follows:
Commencinp at the SW corner of said SW 1/4; thence U. 00° 00'
00" E. along, the West line of said SP 1/4 a distance of 191 .37
feet; thence N. 90° 00' 00" E. a distance of 50.00 feet to the
point of beginning; thence N. 66° 36' 52" E. a distance of
388.98 feet to a point on the Northwesterly R-0-U line of E.
San Marnan Drive; thence S. 56° 55' 14" W. a distance of 30.43
feet; thence S. 48° 24' 54" W. a distance of 134.99 feet;
thence Southwesterly along a curve concave Northwesterly
having a radius of 328.10 feet an arc distance of 180.87 feet;
thence S. 80° 00' 00" W. a distance of 50.84 feet; thence N.
49° 59' 43" W. a distance of 25.71 feet; thence N. 00° 00' 00"
E. a distance of 21 .32 feet to the point of beginning.
The West line of the SP 1/4 of Section 2-88-13 is assuned to
bear N. 00° 00' 00" E. Said parcel contains 0.3779 acres.
