ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO, 2479, AS AMENDED,
BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 6 TO SECTION 2A-7-N, ODNDITIOPAL
ZONING.
BR IT ORDAINED BY THE (DUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-7-N of Ordinance No. 2479 as amended,
be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 5 of said
Section, the following Subsection No. 6 (six)
"611:
Kingbard Hill, Waterloo, East forty-seven (47) feet of Lot 206
and Cole's Replat of Block 4, Home Park First Addition, West 2.88
feet of Lot 9, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
now zoned on the Zoning Hap of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-1" One and TWo
Family Residence District to "C-Z" Conditional Zoning District as
described above.
Section 2. That the City Clerk/Auditor be, and he is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Passed and adopted by the City Council on the 28 day of may, 1985,
approved by the Mayor on the JO day of Mav, 1985.
