AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2644, KNOWN AS THE
TRAFFIC (DDE, BY REPEALING SUBSECTION (10) PUBLIC
AXLE? EXTENDING FROH WEST FOURTH STREET TO BLUFF
STREET AND LYING BETWEEN JEFFERSON STREET AND
CUMMERCIAL STREET OF SECTION 542, ONE-WAY STRUTS AND
ALLEYS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa:
That Subsection (10) Public alley extending from West
Fourth Street to Bluff Street and lying between Jefferson
Street and Commercial Street of Section 542, (he-Way
Streets and Alleys, of the Traffic Code, is hereby repealed
in its entirety.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council this 10th day of
June, 1985, and approved by the Mayor this 12th day of
June, 1985.
