BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OFWERLOO, Section 1 . That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended, he further amended by adding after Subsection No. 214 of said Section, the following Subsection No. 215, two hundred and fifteen, (215) and described as follows: "215": THAT AREA TO BE REZONED IS cog:m/1m IN THE FouiVING DESCRIPTION. . . That part of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section No. 33, Township No. 89 North, Range No. 13 West of the Fifth Principle Meridian, in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk. County, Iowa, described as follows: Commencing at a point North of. the Southeast corner of the said Southwest Quarter a distance of 33 feet as the point of beginning, thence North 90 degrees West 695.82 feet along the North right-of-way line of West Ridgeway Avenue; thence North 1 degree 40 minutes 30 seconds West 1 ,293.86 feet to the South line of Lot No. 9, Jane Second Addition, at a point whieh is 19.53 feet East of the Southwest corner of said lot; thence South 89 degrees 51 minutes 10 seconds East along the south line of said Jane Second Addition and Jane Addition 715.25 feet to the East line of said Southwest Quarter; thence south 0 degrees 49 minutes 20 seconds East along said East line to the point of beginning. The South line of the Southwest Quarter of Section No. 33 is assumed to bear North 90 degrees 0 minutes West. PROPERTY TO BE REZONED "R-2" ONE AND TWO FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT That part of said parcel described as follows: Commencing at a point North of the Southeast corner of the Southwest Quarter a distance of 33 feet; thence North 90 degrees West 695.82 feet along the North right-of-way line of West Ridgeway Avenue; thence North 1 degree 40 minutes 30 seconds West 993.36 feet as the point of beginning; thence continuing North along said line a distance of 300 feet to the South line of Lot No. 9, Jane Second Addition, at a point which is 19.53 feet East of the Southwest corner of said lot; thence South 89 degrees 51 minutes 10 seconds East along the South line of said Jane Second Addition and Jane Addition 715.25 feet to the East line of said Southwest 0uarter; thence south 0 degrees 49 minutes 20 seconds East 300 feet along said east line; thence West along a line lying 300 feet south of and parallel to the South line of Jane Second Addition and Jane Addition to the point of beginning. AND THE FOLLLVING PORTION TO BE REZONED "C-2" CONAERGIAL DISTRICT That part of said parcel commencing, at a point North of the Southeast corner of the Southwest Quarter a distance of 33 feet as the point of beginning; thence North 90 degrees West 695.82 feet along the North right-of-way line of West Ridgeway Avenue; thence North 1 degree 40 minutes 30 seconds West 300 feet; thence east along a line lying 300 feet north of and parallel to the north right-of-way line of West Ridgeway Avenue to a point on the East line of Southwest Quarter; thence south 300 feet along said East line to the point of beginning.
