AN ORDINANCE REDUCING THE 30' PLAITED BUILDING SETRUX
LINE TO 20' PLATTED BUILDING SETBACK LINE AT 705 PROSPECT
BOULEVARD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE ODUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
that the above described building setback line lying along and par-
allel to the Southwesterly right-of-way line of Derbyshire Road and
located on property described as:
Aud Plat No. 10, Waterloo, Lot 1 , Part of Lot 2 CCM at NWLY
CCR TH SELY ON NEL? LINE 93 FEFT TH WLY TO PT IN W1YL LINE 15
FT SLY CV LOT LINE ERN AlLY CDR. Th NLY ON WLY LINE 15 FT TO
BEGINNING.
shall be, and the same hereby reduced from 30' to 20' (located along
Derbyshire Road).
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
this 19th day of August, 1985, and approved by. the Mayor on the
21st day of August, 1985.
