BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of 4aterloo, Iowa :
That Subacctions (m) ard (h) of f4actiwl 143, Parkin? Rates for Cash
Patrons, of the Traffic Code of the City of Ilaterlon. Iowa, are
hereby repealed in their entirety: that new i'1ubsection (a) of Section
343, Parkin? Pates for Cash Patron*, of the Traffic Code o . the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby enacted in lieu thereof @A follows:
SYC. 343. PARKING RATES FOR CASh PATRONS.
(a) Parking rate* for cash patrons of all harking rionhs shall
he thirty-five cents ( .35) for the first hour or fraction thereof,
. are twenty cents ( .24:)) for each hour or fraction of an hour
thereafter, with the eYcention of the East Side ralan, which parking
rates shall be thirty-five cents ($.35) for the first hour or
fraction thereof , and ten cents ($.10) per hour thereafter.
