Easterly seventeen (17) feet of vacated Allen Street
Wins, adjacent to and westerly of lots 1-8, 131k. 14,
Leavitt, Johnson and l'iiller Addition, City of Waterloo,

shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, with the City's retention
of an easerent over, under, and above the above described parcel.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
