ORDINANCE APENDLIT, ORDINANCE NO, 2479, AS AMENDED,
BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 216 TO SECTION 2A-5,
REZONI1C CERTAIN PROPERTY,
BE IT CRDAINED BY THE MUNCH.. OF THE CITY OF WATEKIX),
Section 1 . That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2679, as amended,
be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 215 of said
Section, the following Subsection No. 216, two hundred and sixteen (216)
described as:
"216"
Lots 19 and 20, Block 30, Hagerman Place, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-2" One & Two Family
Residence District to "R-4" Multiple Family Residence District as
described above.
Section 2. That the City Clerk/Auditor be, and he is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Passed and adopted by the City Council on. the 18th day of
November, 1985, approved by the Mayor on the 20th thy of November, 1985.
