AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TRAFFIC CODE BY REPEALING SUBSECTION
(6) BALTIMORE STREET OF SECTION 543, THRU STREETS, SUBSECTION
(36) UNIVERSITY AVENUE ACCESS (SOUTH) OF SECTION 545, YIELD
STREETS , SUBSECTIONS (9a) ANTHONY STREET AND (18a) BARCLAY
STREET (NORTH) OF SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES
ON CERTAIN STREETS ; AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF NEW SUBSECTION
(6) BALTIMORE STREET TO SECTION 543, THRU STREETS, SUBSECTION
(36) UNIVERSITY AVENUE ACCESS (SOUTH) TO SECTION 545, YIELD
STREETS, SUBSECTIONS (9a) ANTHONY STREET AND (18a) BARCLAY
STREET (NORTH) TO SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES
ON CERTAIN STREETS; AND BY ADDING A NEW SUBSECTION (210b.1)
OLYMPIC DRIVE TO SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON
CERTAIN STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa :
That Subsection (6) Baltimore Street of Section 543, Thru Streets, of
the Traffic Code of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby repealed in
its entirety ; that new Subsection (6) Baltimore Street of Section
543 , Thru Streets , of the Traffic Code of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
is hereby enacted in lieu thereof as follows:
SEC. 543. THRU STREETS.
(6) Baltimore Street Cataract Avenue to West Fifth Street,
except for traffic signals at Mitchell
Avenue and Williston Avenue and a
four-way stop at Ridgeway
That Subsection (36) University Avenue Access (South) of Section 545,
Yield Streets, of the Traffic Code of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is
hereby repealed in its entirety; that new Subsection (36) University
Avenue Access (South) of Section 545, Yield Streets, of the Traffic
Code of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby enacted in lieu thereof
as follows:

(36) University Avenue Ansborough to Sheerer except for stops
Access (South.) at Sager and Falls
That Subsections (9a) Anthony Street and (18a) Barclay Street (North)
of Section 551, Parking Prohibited at all Times on Certain Streets ,
of the Traffic Code of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, are hereby
repealed in, their entirety; that new Subsections (9a) Anthony Street
and (18a) Barclay Street (North) of Section 551, Parking Prohibited
at all Times on Certain Streets, of the Traffic Code of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, are hereby enacted in lieu thereof as follows :
SEC . 551. PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS.
(9a) Anthony Street South side from Neville Street to

551, Parking Prohibited at all Tines on Certain Streets, of the
Traffic Code of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as follows :

(210b. 1) Olympic Drive North side from Pheasant Lane to
Aria borough Avenue
