ORDINANCE NO. 3416
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TRAFFIC CODE BY REPEALING SUBSECTION
(a) OF SECTION 343, PARKING RATES FOR CASH PATRONS, AND ENACTING
IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION (a) TO SECTION 343, PARKING
RATES FOR CASH PATRONS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That Subsection (a) of Section 343, Parking Rates for Cash Patrons ,
of the Traffic Code of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby repealed
in its entirety; that new Subsection (a) of Section 343, Parking
Rates for Cash Patrons, of the Traffic Code of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, is hereby enacted in lieu thereof as follows :
SEC. 343. PARKING RATES FOR CASH PATRONS,
(a) Parking, rates for cash patrons of all parking ramps shall
he thirty-five cents (S.35) for the first hour or fraction thereof,
and twenty cents ($.20) for each hour or fraction of an hour
thereafter.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council this 2 day of December,
1985, and approved by the Mayor this 4 day of December, 1985.
