AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE, TRAFFIC CODE BY REPEALING SUBSECTION
(295) WESTFIELD AVENUE OF SECTION 551 , PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL
TINES ON CERTAIN STREETS; AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF NEW
SUBSECTION (295) WESTFIELD AVENUE OF SECTION 551, PARKING
PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS; BY REPEALING SECTION
558, 30 MINUTE PARKING; AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW
SECTION 558, 30 MINUTE PARKING.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That Subsection (295) Westfield Avenue of Section 551, Parking
Prohibited at All Times on Certain Streets, of the Traffic Code of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that
new Subsection (295) Westfield Avenue of Section 551, Parking
Prohibited at All Times on Certain Streets, of the Traffic Code of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby enacted in lieu thereof as
follows:
(295) Westfield Avenue Southerly side from Commercial Street
to a point 468 feet in an easterly
direction from McKinley Street and on
both sides from McKinley Street to West
Conger Street
That Section 558, 30 Minute Parking, of the Traffic Code of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that new
Section 558, 30 Minute Parking, of the Traffic Code of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby enacted in lieu thereof as follows :
SEC. 558. 30 MINUTE PARKING.
When signs are erected in each block or portion thereof
affected, giving notice, no person shall, park a vehicle for loner
than 30 minutes at any time within the district and upon any of the
streets or portions thereof as named herein:
Westfield Avenue On the north side from 125 feet west of
the John Deere clock house to McKinley
Street
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council this 23rd day of December,
1985, and approved by the Mayor this 26th day of December, 1985.
