RESOLUTIONS TO BE ADOPTED
Resolution authorizing the issuance and sale of Industrial
Development Revenue Bonds for Chamberlain Manufacturing
Corporation.
Resolution accepting and approving certain offers to sell real
property to the City and accepting and approving certain deeds
from Louis Seamans located at 3305 Huron Street. (Riverview
Addition)
Resolution fixing time and place of hearing and notice to be given
on sale of property generally located between W. 8th and W. 9th
Streets known as vacated Bourland Street.
Resolution amending the memorandum of agreement executed in
connection with the issuance of not to exceed $3,000,000 in
aggregate principal amount of the City's Industrial Development
Revenue bonds (Verner D. Nelson and Donna L. Nelson Project).
Resolution authorizing issuance of Special Assessment Bonds for
the F.Y. 1983 Paving Program, Contract No. 234 ($105,000) and F.Y.
1982 Lowder Road Sanitary Sewer Program, Contract No. 180
($29,000).
