3 . Resolution approving the Municipal Street Finance Report to
the Iowa Department of Transportation for the year ending
July 1, 1988 to June 30, 1989 covering the various
expenditures for the street and parking purposes on municipal
streets and parking.

R.I .S.E. funding in the amount of $758, 400. 00 for the paving
of Martin Road.

RESOLUTIONS TO BE ADOPTED
1. Resolution dedicating the alleys located between Fletcher
Avenue (formerly Cleveland Street) and Knoll Avenue,
immediately north and south of Falls Avenue for public
right-of-way.
2. Resolution authorizing the acquisition contract payments and
accepting of deeds for real property for Parcel No. 712
(Statesman Bank) and Parcel No. 823 (Ruby G. Knode) , Sixth
Street Extension, IX-6604( 2) --79-07.
3 . Resolution approving variance to Noise Ordinance, Ordinance
No. 3094, for Updowntown Saturday Night event scheduled for
August 26, 1989 for the following: KCFI--located at Lincoln
Park; KOEL--located at National Bank Park; KNWS--located at
Paramount Park; KFMW--located at Holiday Inn - 4th Street
