RESOLUTIONS TO BE ADOPTED
1. Resolution approving and providing for the execution of
Housing and Community Development Block Grant Contract No.
B-89-MC-19-0008 with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban
Development (15th Year Community Development Block Grant) .
2. Resolution approving compromising of property taxes for 128
Moir Street per Iowa Code Section 446.31 .
3. Resolution transferring from the Trust and Agency Fund the
sum of $40,601. 35 to the General Fund.
4. Resolution transferring from the Tax Increment Financing Fund
the sum of $3 ,798.12 to the Debt Service Fund.
5. Resolution transferring from the East Park Avenue Parking
District the sum of $1,109.63 to the Debt Service Fund.
