as it pertains to the Highway Corridor Overlay District
(H-C) .
Receive, file, consider and pass for the second time.

1. Bills Resolution approving Schedule A918, copies of which are
on file in the Clerk/Auditor' s Office.

Adopt resolution approving the following:
1 . West Fourth Street Sidewalk and Lighting Improvements,
Contract No. 422.
Instruct City Planner to prepare plans, specifications, form
of contract, etc.
Receive and file plans, specifications, etc. , and adopt
resolution preliminarily approving the same.
Instruct City Clerk to publish notice of hearing on plans,
specifications, etc. , and taking of bids. Set date of
hearing as August 12, 1991.
2. F.Y. 1992 Intake Replacement Program, Contract No. 427 .
Instruct City Engineer to prepare plans, specifications,

Prohibited At All Times on Certain Streets; and by enacting
in lieu thereof a new Subsection ( 193) Mitchell Avenue (E)
to Section 551, Parking Prohibited At All Times on Certain
Streets ; and by adding Subsection ( 11a) Mitchell Avenue to
Section 567 , No Parking Any Time Except Sunday ( allow
parking on Mitchell Avenue on the south side from Hammond
