1. Communication from City Planner transmitting request of
Douglas Conley to vacate, sell and convey a portion of the
alley adjoining property located at 631 Linden Avenue,
together with recommendation of approval of the Planning,
Programming and Zoning Commission. Set date of hearing as
February 11, 1991.
2 . Communication from City Planner transmitting request of
Harold Messingham to rezone from "R-2" One and Two Family
Residence District to "M-1" Light Industrial District

Central & Pacific Railroad on the south be changed from Low
Density Residential to Industrial, together with the
