Members present: Cole, Getty, Jones, Greenwood (arrived after role call), Schmitt, Welper,
Hart.
Moved by Hart, seconded by Schmitt that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes: Seven.
Motion carried.
Mayor Clark reviewed items on the Standing Committee agendas for meetings scheduled for
Monday, January 25, 2010.

With no further business before the council, it was moved by Cole, seconded by Hart that the
meeting be adjourned at 8:15 a.m. Ayes: Seven. Motion carried.
