Moved by Cole, seconded by Schmitt that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes: Three.
Motion carried.
Moved by Schmitt, seconded by Jones that Recommendation of appointment of Christa Miehe to
the Waterloo Convention and Visitors Bureau, with term expiration of June 30, 2013—
Submitted by Aaron Buzza, Executive Director of Waterloo Convention & Visitors Bureau with
approval of Mayor Buck Clark, be approved. Ayes: Two. Abstain: Cole. Motion carried.
Ms. Cole abstained as she is a co-worker of Christa Miehe. Mr. Schmitt asked if this was a
second term. Mr. Jones advised that this is a second term.
With no further business before the Council, it was moved by Schmitt, seconded by Cole that the
meeting be adjourned at 4:54 p.m. Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
