New Appointment
Mr. Schmitt asked if these are all second term. Mr. Jones explained that they are all on their
second term. What is occurring here is many of those, lets talk about the general contractors,
many of these folks have been serving right along. Their terms have expired a ways back so we
are officially appointing them to fill in their second term. We have also worked back in the
staggers for these folks so we can get back on track. The last one is Tim Andera's first
appointment. He took over for Noel.

With no further business before the Council, it was moved by Cole, seconded by Schmitt that the
meeting be adjourned at 4:52 p.m. Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
