Motion carried.

Mr. Schmitt stated I assume the re -appointments are a second term. Mr. Jones stated these re-
appointments are actually the third term. There is no language in that particular ordinance that
has any limits to terms. We have discussed it with Mark, at MET Transit, that as a City we do
want to turn these folks over so there won't be no more after this term. We are trying to limit all
boards and commissions. Mr. Schmitt stated so in their ordinance there is not a term, but in ours
there is. Mr. Jones replied right.
Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
With no further business before the Council, it was moved by Schmitt, seconded by Cole that the
meeting be adjourned at 4:59 p.m. Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
