Moved by Cole, seconded by Schmitt that the Agenda, as amended, be approved. Ayes: Three.
Motion carried.

Councilperson Schmitt, don't we normally get some information or did I miss that? Information
of the applicant and recommendation and that type of thing.
Councilperson Greenwood, there is normally a paper with recommendations, who they served
with previously.
Councilperson Jones, Ms. Toepher is retired from UNI, she has lived in Waterloo for 60 years,
she is the President of the Afternoon Delights Bowling League, she has lived in Highland Park
area for 9 years and Church Row for 8 years. She and her husband live in a 100 year old home
and believe in restoring old buildings or houses, not just tearing them down. She is interested in
the history and restoration of homes and attends most historical tours. Her husband has actively
restored both of their old homes. Her references are Gayle Quirk, Paulette Seal and Pat Lynch.
Councilperson Schmitt, perfect. Does this fill up that board then?
Councilperson Jones, the board is filled and this will continue the gender balance.
Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
With no further business before the Council, it was moved by Cole, seconded by Schmitt that the
meeting be adjourned at 4:57 p.m. Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
