The meeting was called to order at 4:22 p.m.
Members present: Chairperson Cole, Hart, Getty.
Moved by Hart, seconded by Getty that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes: Three.
Motion carried.
Moved by Getty, seconded by Hart that Mayor Hurley's recommendation of appointment of
Dawn Breckenridge to the Waterloo Metropolitan Transit Authority Board, with term expiration
date of July 1, 2011, be approved. Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
With no further business before the committee, it was moved by Hart, seconded by Getty that the
meeting be adjourned at 4:24 p.m. Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
