Moved by Getty, seconded by Cole that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes: Two.
Absent: Hart. Motion carried.
Moved by Cole, seconded by Getty that Mayor Hurley's recommendation of appointment of
Sulejman Dizdarevic to the Waterloo Commission on Human Rights, with term expiration date
of January 1, 2012, be approved. Ayes: Two. Absent: Hart. Motion carried.
With no further business before the committee, it was moved by Getty, seconded by Cole that the
meeting be adjourned at 4:52 p.m. Ayes: Two. Absent: Hart. Motion carried.
