The meeting was called to order at 4:55 p.m.
Members present: Getty.
Members absent: Cole, Hart.
Other Council Members present: Welper, Greenwood.
No official meeting was held due to lack of a quorum, although an unofficial meeting was
held by substituting Council Members Welper and Greenwood for Council Members Cole
and Hart who were absent.
Moved by Welper, seconded by Greenwood that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes:
Three. Absent: Cole, Hart. Motion carried.
Moved by Greenwood, seconded by Welper that Mayor Hurley's recommendation of
appointment of Bill Seibert, Geoff Grimes and W. Ray Richardson to the Local Option Sales Tax
Oversight Committee, be approved. Ayes: Three. Absent: Cole, Hart. Motion carried.
With no further business before the committee, it was moved by Greenwood, seconded by
Welper that the meeting be adjourned at 4:58 p.m. Ayes: Three. Absent: Cole, Hart. Motion
carried.
