COUNCIL WORK SESSION
December 21, 2009

Council Chambers
The meeting was called to order at 4:52 p.m.
Members present: Cole, Getty, Hart, Greenwood, Steve Schmitt, Welper, Reggie Schmitt.
Moved by Reggie Schmitt, seconded by Steve Schmitt that the Agenda, as proposed, be
approved. Ayes: Seven. Motion carried.
Mayor Hurley stated that Michelle Weidner, Chief Financial Officer, would present the audited
financial statements for Fiscal Year Ended June 2009. He stated that the presentation was put
together by McGladrey & Pullen and the Finance Department.
Michelle Weidner, Chief Financial Officer, stated that she would turn the presentation over to
Angela Burch who is a representative from McGladrey & Pullen that has done the city's audit for
the second year.
Angela Burch, McGladrey & Pullen Representative, reviewed the contents of the Financial
Report that was handed out to the Mayor and Council.
With no further business before the Council, it was moved by Getty, seconded by Reggie
Schmitt that the meeting be adjourned at 5:10 p.m. Ayes: Seven. Motion carried.
