Moved by Getty, seconded by Greenwood that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes:
Two. Motion carried.
Moved by Greenwood, seconded by Getty that Mayor Hurley's recommendation of
reappointment of Willie Cody to the Waterloo Cable TV Commission, with term expiration date
of December 31, 2010, be approved. Ayes: Two. Motion carried.
With no further business before the committee, it was moved by Getty, seconded by Greenwood
that the meeting be adjourned at 4:42 p.m. Ayes: Two. Motion carried.
