Moved by Getty, seconded by Hart that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes: Two.
Absent: Cole. Motion carried.
Moved by Getty, seconded by Hart that Mayor Hurley's recommendation of appointment of
Bonetta Culp to the Civil Service Commission, with term expiration date of April 1, 2012, be
approved. Lou Porter will have served two consecutive terms on the commission as of April 1,
2008, and Ms. Culp will fill Ms. Porter's vacant position. Ayes: Two. Absent: Cole. Motion
carried.
With no further business before the committee, it was moved by Getty, seconded by Hart that the
meeting be adjourned at 4:41 p.m. Ayes: Two. Absent: Cole. Motion carried.
