Members present: Mayor Pro Tem Reggie Schmitt, Cole, Getty, Greenwood, Steve Schmitt,
Welper.
Members absent: Hart.
Moved by Welper, seconded by Greenwood that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes:
Six. Absent: Hart. Motion carried.
Mayor Pro Tem Reggie Schmitt reviewed items on the Standing Committee agendas for
meetings scheduled for Monday, April 21, 2008.
Mayor Pro Tem Reggie Schmitt reviewed items on the council agenda for Monday, April 21,
2008 and the following items were discussed.
There were no questions from the council. Mayor Pro Tem Reggie Schmitt reminded council
members who are planning to attend the Community Energy Solutions meeting tonight at St.
Paul's United Methodist Church that they are attending as a public citizen. Council members
should just listen, not ask questions, not sit together or do anything that could be perceived as a
quorum of the council.
With no further business before the council, it was moved by Getty, seconded by Cole that the
meeting be adjourned at 8:07 a.m. Ayes: Six. Absent: Hart. Motion carried.
