Moved by Cole, seconded by Getty that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes: Three.
Motion carried.
Moved by Getty, seconded by Hart that Mayor Hurley's recommendation of appointment of
Ricardo Uranga, Jr., Carmen Johnson and Dustin Cox to the Waterloo Commission on Human
Rights, with term expiration date of January 1, 2011, be approved. Councilperson Reggie
Schmitt noted that Mr. Uranga has been cited by Code Enforcement. Ayes: Three. Motion
carried.
With no further business before the committee, it was moved by Hart, seconded by Getty that the
meeting be adjourned at 4:52 p.m. Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
