Moved by Getty, seconded by Hart that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes: Two.
Absent: Cole. Motion carried.
Moved by Getty, seconded by Hart that communication from Mayor Tim Hurley transmitting
recommendation of appointment of Mike Gerst, with term expiration date of July 18, 2010, and
Steve Aries, with term expiration date of July 18, 2009, to the General Contractors Board of
Licensing, Examiner and Appeals, be approved. Ayes: Two. Absent: Cole. Motion carried.
With no further business before the committee, it was moved by Getty, seconded by Hart that the
meeting be adjourned at 4:52 p.m. Ayes: Two. Absent: Cole. Motion carried.
