Members present: Chairperson Cole, Hart, Getty.
Moved by Getty, seconded by Hart that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes: Three.
Motion carried.
Moved by Getty, seconded by Hart that Mayor Hurley's recommendation of appointment of Jane
Scott to the Waterloo Cable TV Commission, with term expiration date of December 31, 2011,
be approved. Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
Moved by Getty, seconded by Hart that Mayor Hurley's recommendation of appointment of the
following to the Met Transit Authority Board: Robert High, Star Rupe, Sally Meyers and Cindy
Wells, with term expiration of July 1, 2011; and reappointment of Michelle Weidner and Jennifer
Jamploer, with term expiration of July 1, 2011, be approved. Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
With no further business before the committee, it was moved by Getty, seconded by Cole that the
meeting be adjourned at 4:22 p.m. Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
