Members present: Mayor Hurley, Cole, Getty, Hart, Steve Schmitt, Welper, Reggie Schmitt,
Greenwood.
Moved by Welper, seconded by Steve Schmitt that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes:
Six. Absent: Welper. Motion carried.
Mayor Hurley reviewed items on the Standing Committees for meetings scheduled for Monday,
January 5, 2009.
Greenwood now present at 8:03 a.m.
Mayor Hurley reviewed items on the council agenda scheduled for Monday, January 5, 2009.
With only nine items on the agenda, there were no questions nor discussions.
With no further business before the council, it was moved by Getty, seconded by Reggie Schmitt
that the meeting be adjourned at 8:06 a.m. Ayes: Seven. Motion carried.
