Moved by Hart, seconded by Cole that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes: Two.
Absent: Getty. Motion carried.
Getty now present at 4:46 p.m.
Moved by Cole, seconded by Getty that the Mayor Hurley's recommendation of reappointment
of Randy Pilkington to the Board of Trustees of the Municipal Telecommunications Utility, with
term expiration date of January 1, 2015, be approved. Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
With no further business before the committee, it was moved by Hart, seconded by Getty that the
meeting be adjourned at 4:47 p.m. Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
