Moved by Gunderson, seconded by Getty that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes:
Two. Absent: Greenwood. Motion carried.
Moved by Gunderson, seconded by Getty that Mayor Hurley's recommendation of appointment
of the following to the Waterloo Commission on Human Rights: Ed Loggins, Michael
Brockway, Judith Seedorff, with term expiration date of January 1, 2010; and appointment of
Mary Boes, with term expiration date of January 1, 2009, be approved. Ayes: Two. Absent:
Greenwood. Motion carried.
With no further business before the committee, it was moved by Gunderson, seconded by Getty
that the meeting be adjourned at 4:32 p.m. Ayes: Two. Absent: Greenwood. Motion carried.
